We monitor 24/7

We handle the alerts

Human alert triage, qualification, false-positive elimination. When an alert warrants action, we apply our 6-step process: identification, assessment, blocking, eradication, return to service. We only contact you when we need to clarify context about your client.

We respond to incidents

If an attack is confirmed at one of your clients, our CERT team takes over: isolation of compromised systems, forensic investigation, remediation guidance. Incident response is in the contract.
